RY Consultancy is an independent industrial consulting partner specializing in factory relocation, installation, and commissioning projects in Turkey.

We support international manufacturers by managing complex industrial moves — from dismantling and logistics to on-site installation, automation coordination, and final commissioning. Our strength comes from hands-on execution experience, not theoretical consulting.

We work directly on the shop floor with machines, automation systems, logistics partners, and local authorities. This allows us to foresee risks, protect our clients’ interests, and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and without costly surprises.

RY Consultancy is not a brokerage or a price-based contractor platform.

We represent our clients on-site as their local technical and operational partner in Turkey.
